Chocolates are famous across the world but they might be known with different names and tastes in various places. For instance, French chocolates are famous for their design and delicate taste whereas, the Swiss chocolates are famous for their mellow and milky taste. It is noteworthy that Sweden has huge chocolate manufacturing companies that distribute delicious chocolates all over the world. The Belgian chocolates are also famous for their amazing mouth watery taste and their coco recipes. They are also popular because they are the only ones who have revolutionized the usage of nougats and praline.

All the three chocolates are famous for their exclusive taste in the world. Chocolate lovers around the world can tell the difference between each one of them without much trouble as it does not matter where the chocolate is manufactured, all that matters is that every one loves and enjoys the taste of chocolate equally. With every bite people from different countries get the same sweet exhilaration. This chocolate recipe will make you fall in love with the chocolates all over again!

The recipe to prepare the Chocolate Sauce and Pot Roast Items needed: 3lbs: Bottom round roasts or portions of veal 3tbsp: Olive oil. 2 cloves: Crushed garlic 1tbsp: All purpose flour 1: Bay leaf 1 cup: Water 1 kg :Sliced onion 1 tsp.: Salt tbsp: Dry white wine tbsp: Vinegar 1 tbsp: Bitter chocolate grated

Method- 1. Pour the olive oil in fireproof casserole or the popular Dutch oven, and fry the meat until it is brown in color. 2. Add pieces of onion and garlic with the meat in the oven for making them soft. 3. Mix flour (all purpose) and salt and blend until it appears to be smooth. 4. Except chocolate add all the remaining ingredients. 5. Cover it and let them boil for some hours (2-3). 6. Take away the meat from oven and add chocolate in the prepared sausage. After this process gets completed, cook them until they get smoother and thicker. 7. If you think the sauce is thick then you can pour some water to remove the thickness. 8. For taste add salt as per your usage.
