Some PowerPoint 2007 users may be having a problem playing videos embedded using the new PowerPoint 2010 version. Animated templates require that you have installed updates for Office 2007, which are provided by Microsoft. There are a few ways you can find these updates to fix the problem with the 2007 PowerPoint software.
These free updates can be found at Microsoft and can also accessed with "Windows Update" on your computer. If you can't find where the Update is on your computer then just go to the Microsoft website and download it from there.
