As we all know, working with people can be a wonderful experience when everyone does what they say they will do but not so great when people fall through on their commitments.
Therefore, even if you're in the best MLM company on the planet, if you haven't developed yourself to the point where you can handle disappointment, your success isn't guaranteed. If you haven't developed your leadership skills enough, then the best network marketing opportunity isn't going to save you.
Finding the one opportunity that best fits you is, of course, important and you must do the proper research in this area. You should select a company with a product you believe in, with a solid compensation plan and great leadership from the top.
However, if you don't understand how to lead others, you aren't bettering your personal growth every day, and you don't understand how to generate daily leads, then you're probably going to quit soon enough.
The best way for you to become successful in your network marketing opportunity is to work on YOU. Read books such as "The Magic of Believing" and internalize what it means to expect success. Read books like "Developing the Leaders Around You" and understand what leadership is all about.
Also, you'll want to someday be able to bring in many dozens of daily leads and one great way to do this is to become proficient with online marketing methods. Imagine your business when you have new prospects contacting you off your web activities, asking you how to join your team.
This will happen after you learn techniques such as article marketing, blogging, forum marketing, video marketing, pay per click, Twitter strategies, Facebook, etc. Use the Internet to filter out the unqualified prospects so that you only invest your personal time with those who are truly interested and motivated to duplicate what you're doing.
It's really not going to matter much if you've discovered the best MLM opportunity if you follow the above advice. Find a solid company but don't be obsessed about which is the best.
